Hi,,I’m Neha .I ordered a heel from meesho of around 700. It was too tight for me that’s why I request for return.The delivery boy picked it from my house next day but it was showing in my application that my product return request is cancelled due to quality check.i immediately called delivery boy,,and he said it was by mistake and he attempted a wrong option due to which it was showing and he also said he will send a another OTP in evening by which I will get a msg of successful picked up the product and in evening he send a OTP and I received the same that my ordered is picked up but in meesho application it was not update that product was picked up ,i raise a ticket on helpline number that I didn’t received my money back and the product is also picked up from my place,I also shared some proofs with them regarding the pick up of product it was their delivery boy mistake not mine,they mailed me for refund,but when I called them again.they told me that it is not in their hand to refund the money and they close my complaint, I didn’t received any refund yet please help me!!!!
