Hi Consumer Complaints Team,
I am very lower middle class person since – Total value is 1 Lakh 22k is at stake because of courrier torture since first Day, as per him why I purchased from Amazon, they will never going to pick the return of two Laptops. All proofs of has been attached.

– I am writing about the issue since 2nd of September, Today is 9th October, 2020 means 37 days have passed but no resolution, I have proof of how the Escalation Team of Amazon India writes copy paste replies .

Courrier never visted my place, now what escalation team expecting from courrier / Transportation Team from 30 + days has been passed ?
Courrier told me not to buy any products from AMAZON INDIA in future .
Courrier number is +91 – 8284091234 – Karan Thakur,
Courrier Manager Tarseem +91- 9988373830, told me loud and clear. They will never going to come for picking the product. They even Lied about damaged product which I had exposed them .
– Issue was told, all the pics with the right description have been attached for all the details.
– This is taking a toll on my mental health first by the courier who denied, and abused me that he will never going to pic the product. He even lied about product damaged . He never came to visit my place. I am very poor economically, COVID 19 also affected me .
Amazon is just increasing mental sufferings by not giving solution it’s been 37 days.
Please help me asap !!!!!!!
I can’t take this mental Torture anymore
P.S : All Attachment will be enough how this issue has been elongated without any help.
