One of the product was delviered on-time and when received late the product was not okay. return initiated immediately but the parcel is not picked up for 11 days now. everytime when I make complaint for the parcel not picked up, they are intitiating the pick up once again. this is happened for 3 times and then I called them where they promised to pick up on 1-June for sure by morning. Again the parcel once again not picked up and they asked to wait till 10:30 pm and for sure this will be picked up before 10:30 pm. Even then the parcel not picked up where again the pick up changed to 2-June. When I contact them they are saying this is not in there in hands now and please return the parcel on your own and get the money from seller. Pathetic situation as 4 times parcel return changed and for the 5th time again they are asking to trust them again
