I ordered samsung galaxy active 2 on 3rd october but I received different product on 9th october.So,I raised return request and called customer care many times but the still issue is not resolved.
At first they informed that they will provide resolution on 21st october, then they postponed it to 26th october, then to 2nd November,then 10th November,then agian to 12th November. It’s been long time since I ordered but still I didnot got any replacement or refund. I raise return request for 3 times but it got rejected all the time,stating that I didnot sent any I d proof details but I have sent it many times trough emails.
