Text of Complaint by Subharthi Roy:

I got a defective watch. The back cover was bigger than the size of the watch and was open. I placed a return order. The delivery guy fooled me saying nowadays smart pick up is going on. So he has to keep my return on hold and then customer care will call me. Only then he will be able to pick up.

Later on I realised that return on hold means the quality check failed. I approached customer care too but no response. Please help.
