I am Neha Silagani a customer of hope4shops.
I ordered a 4G VIVA mobile phone on 11th of January, whose delivery was received today on 15th January, however I received playing cards instead of the mobile phone I ordered. I want to return this product and claim a refund.
The site has no details for contacting the customer service to tell about the problems.
