I have purchased a V-Guard Zenora RO purifier from Flipkart , which got delivered to me on 23rd April 2023. However, the product was defective, I initiated a return request through your website and followed up with multiple communications to expedite the process, I received call from flipkart saying a technician will visit first to check the product and after his service report the return request will be proceeded, and the same happened the technician visited on 5th June 2023 and checked the product and reported that the product is- Defective and product repacked for return. This service report has been shared by the technician to flipkart and even I have shared it before. I have received a mail from flipkart costumer service on 4th June 2023 mentioning:
“We would like to let you know that the seller has accepted your return request, the tech visit will be done on or before 06 Jun 2023 and the initially delivered product will be picked up on or before 20 Jun 2023.
I did receive a call from flipkart few days back confirming that they have received the service report from technician and the return request has been proceeded and the product will be picked up for return within 2-3 days, yet I have not received any call for pickup and without any prior information flipkart has automatically closed my return request, which is completely bizarre as my concerns have been consistently neglected.
To my surprise when I called flipkart today i.e 19th June 2023, to enquire about the pickup of my product, flipkart costumer care executive is telling me that the return for my product has been cancelled.
I demand an immediate resolution to this matter. I expect a full refund for the faulty RO purifier, I also insist on a detailed explanation for the excessive delay in addressing my concerns. As it has been more than 2 months this is getting on my nerves, it is extremely frustrating as I am devoting more than 2hrs daily for this issue and yet my concerns are unheard.
