I received the product on 05 Feb 23 and returned it on 06 Feb 23 as the product was DEAD ON ARRIVAL. Since then the flipkart team, including senior team members, are not able to solve the problem. Every time refund is approved but gets cancelled due to various reasons as given by senior customer service members during my conversation with them. It is requested to look into the matter and resolve it at the earliest.
