I had complained against my recent order of Panchi lehenga on myntra online shopping. But it is a defective product because the chumkis and zinc are falling all over the floor(pictures attached) . My complaint is not resolved, I want to return the product. Every time I request to return it, they are closing saying that the product is quality passed. But when I took out the product from the bag,the stones attached to lehenga are falling all over. I would request myntra to enable return of the product and refund the amount.
