Text of Complaint by Sandeep:

I had bought a product from Flipkart on 12th Jan 2023. Due to quality issue I had to request for the return. Product was supposed to be pickup by 24th Jan 2023, but no one came to pick the product. Later pick up date was changed to 2nd Feb 23. Again, pick up was not done on the scheduled date and product pickup date was changed to 9th Feb 23. Again, nothing happened on the product pickup. It was once again changed to 16th Feb 23, but no one came to pick the product. It was later changed to 23Rd Feb, then changed to 26th Feb. Product pickup date is keep on changing and nothing is happening on the product pickup. During this duration I have spoken to customer care executive for more than 20 times. I did write emails to grievance team but those were of no use. Still, no one contacted and arranged the return pickup. This is completely disappointing. I have faced the similar issue with Flipkart in the past as well.
I CONTACTED CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE ON 16TH FEB REGARDING THE PRODUCT PICK UP, THE CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE WAS VERY RUDE AND HE STARTED USING ABUSIVE WORD. THIS IS COMPLETELY PATHETIC.

I believe now Flipkart has become a fraud company and nowhere concern about their customers. Also, customer care executives clearly said to me that now they can’t do anything, and they are helpless in this atter, nothing is there in their hand.

It is also very tough to reach customer care executive and they are disconnecting the call in between which is very disappointing, later no one try to reach me.
