I ordered a water heater from Flipkart and part of order was missing from my order so I requested refund for the same for which courier partner is not taking return stating part is missing and I need to do image check as per system requirement.
I called Flipkart customer support multiple times but they were unable to resolve the issue stating the issue is resolved. on many occasions they disconnected the call from their end and stated the reason that we tried calling you.
I have lost much valuable time putting requests and calling flipkart but there seems to be no end to this from flipkart. now this is the only way I find where flipkart will be forced to resolve my query in a appropriate way.
