I had placed order for an item and requested cancellation through the app before it was delivered to me. Amazon said they cannot cancel the order but I have the option to refuse it during doorstep delivery or I can return it after accepting the delivery. Later during product delivery the courier agent said there was no option at their end to cancel delivery. So i had to accept the order and later when contacted amazon to initiate return the request was denied saying its a non returnable product.
