Product purchased from Ramraj textiles. No where in the bill it is mentioned regarding no return but shop is refusing to give the refund. Nothing regarding refund was mentioned even at the point of sale. When asked with the store manager of the shop Lokesh Kumar mentioned stating there are 170 important points which cannot be mentioned to the customer at the point of sale.
