Text of Complaint by Mukul dhiman:

I’ve bought a renewed laptop which wasn’t workings fine so I requested for i return which I got but the system got hanged and stopped working i asked for return, Amazon representative assured me that product will be picked for return on 29 dec but it didn’t i disputed this so they said it would be picked on 8 and it didn’t and one of the Amazon representative assured me if the product won’t be picked on 8 January they would give me the advance refund and when I called in therefore customer service there senior executive said they do not give advance refund, first they didn’t picked up the product within the given time and gave wrong assurance
