I ordered for nike revolution 5 shoes on flipkart With order I’d:OD123314422422741000.I recived the product before the mentioned date but when I tried the shoes it was large size for me so I requested for return. Which was not accepted but kept in processing and then I recive a msg regarding my return request in which I am asked to share my Id proff and Images of shoes . I shared all the asked documents respectively then after some time , I recive an email i.e. “Thanks for sharing the scanned copy of your identity card.
We’d like to let you know that the information available on the document was not sufficient for the verification.
Please share a scanned copy of your for further verification to avoid cancellation of your return request.
We look forward to hearing from you.”
They said that the document is not sufficient and rejected my return request 2 times . I don’t understand what type of information do they want from me.. and I have only aadhar card and pan card as I’d proff . So now I want to go through legal process against flipkart as due to this return request my 3 days were invested on flipkart and I am mentally and financially harmed.
