Text of Complaint by Rajeev Sahni:

I placed my orders for medicines with Dhani & paid the cost of the orders.
Dhani was not delivering my orders & extending date of delivery each day by one day.
So I was forced to cancel my orders. The amount paid by me for the orders credited in the Dhani Wallet.
I requested customer care of Dhani to return my wallet balance in my bank account.
As per their customer care Firstly I have to update my KYC & afterwards I will be able to transfer my money in my bank account through their app.
I did my KYC & a message was flashed that KYC completed. Thereafter I updated my bank account in which the money had to be transferred. In this process Re.1 was credited in my bank account from Dhani as a token of validation of my bank account.
But still I was not able to transfer my Money in my bank account.
On inquiry about this I was told to submit my bank statement for completion of my KYC & I did the same but still in app it was showing Mini KYC.
I again approached their customer care & come to know that for transfer of money I need to buy the membership which I refused at first instance but with no option available I bought it & a sum of Rs.500 deducted from my wallet balance.
But still neither I got my money transferred nor the wallet balance being adjusted against new purchase.
In the normal course,against Cancellation of order,the money paid against orders must be credited back from where the money came while placing the orders.

    1. Dhani is simply doing unethical business or cheating the customer. I am also facing the same problem for the last 2 months or so. They are not returning my money for the failed transaction even after complying their unwanted procedure which violates the business norms. As per laid down procedure the money should be credited back to the customer’s account from where it had been paid at the time of placing the order. It is followed for other merchandise site. Money gets back without follow up for others. But for Dhani store it is not happening neither they are returning back even after so many follow ups.
