On 23.07.2022 I was ordering a Samsung mobile on line.I wanted a mobile with capacity of RAM6GB + 128GB storage.
By mistake I selected the option of RAM 4GB + 64 GB storage. I made the payment by credit card.
After making the payment I realised my mistake & tried to cancel the order . Cancellation was not possible & I got a pop up indicating that you can return the goods using THE RETURN route of the company after I received the mobile.
Thinking that AMAZON would take the return.
I proceeded & bought 2 nos mobiles of the Samsung M13 of capacity RAM6GB + 128GB storage ( one for me & 1 for my wife).
I received the 4RAM +64 GB RAM mobile on 23.07.2022 ( The box is not opened & kept in tact witout breaking the SEAL)
The 2 Mobiles 6 GB + 128 GB RAM on 24.07.2022.
On 24.07.2022 I contacted AMAZON for the return of a lower capacity mobile ordered by mistake in selection of OPTION — AMAZON refused to take the return.
I explained to them that they can very well see from the history of my purchases that the 4GB = 64GB RAM was ordered by mistake . ( History attached)
AMAZON refused to take back the parcel which has been kept intact SEALED as was received.
Have explained to AMAZON that I am a senior citizen aged 67 years & it was purely a mistake in selecting the option —- still they are refusing to take back the moble.
I earnestly request your needful to see that AMAZON takes back the mobile that I do not need & refund or give me an option to buy some other items ( other than mobile — as I have bought 2 additional mobiles) from their site.
Await your early action please.
