I have been cheated by Amazon for a damaged product. The product is not picked up even after multiple follow ups. Amazon is cancelling my return request from back end without consulting me. It is dumped in my living room and causing inconvenience to commute and dangerous for people staying at home. I am afraid I will not be given refund if I place the product outside.
