Hi,
I received a damaged product (Queen Size bed) and when I placed a return request, the return requests are cancelled from Amazon and product is not picked up.
Since the product is not picked up I am not even paid the refund.
This is a huge product lying in my living room and causing inconvenience to move around. I have kids at home and there is risks of accidents. I can’t even place the product outside as well due to the scare of rejection of return.
Every time I raise a request with customer service, they increase the ETA of pick-up by 3 days. I was even given a false assurance of refund before pick up by the customer support executive which is not processed. I am afraid that I have to lose 45k for this experience.
Please help me in getting the issue resolved.
