Text of Complaint by Chandan Nag:

We have purchased one Panasonic AC from Flipkart and it got delivered on 26th. The product was damaged so we have not accepted it. Till date we are struggling to receive our AC or refund by calling one or two hours daily to customer service team.

Order details:

Panasonic Convertible 7-in-1 with Additional AI Mode Cooling 2023 Model 1 Ton 4 Star Split Inverter with 4 Way Swing, PM 0.1 Air Purification Filter AC with Wi-fi Connect – White with order ID OD328181483294024100

Flipkart team has not been able to give a single update on our product status. It is now more than 13 days. If delivery is not possible Flipkart can refund our hard earned money.

Please look into the matter as soon as possible as we are harassing from past few days.

We are now fed up with the services which we received from Flipkart customer service.
