I purchased Boat storm Smartwatch from flipkart on 17 Jun 2021.
It worked fine for approximately 10 days after that watch stopped syncing with the app (boat pro).
I gave complaint about the app on Google play (screenshot attached) .
I also dropped a mail to the developer.
Till now there is no response.
Then I visited nearest service center where technician told that the watch is working fine and he can’t do anything about the app. He told me to return the watch to seller.
I sent mails regarding the same to boat. But no response till date.
The watch is absolutely useless without the app.
It seems like both flipkart and boat has cheated me. Since I bought the product from flipkart. I request flipkart to please return the product and refund my money.
Please do the needful.
