I received the order on 12th Jan 2022 The part of the item was broken and the colour of fan and blades was different. I requested for return on the same day and it was scheduled for 13 January 2022. No one came. Again scheduled for 16 Jan 2022, no one came, Rescheduled for 18, no one came ,rescheduled for 19, no one came , rescheduled for 21 Jan 2022 and finally no came and every time I have got cancellation message from pickup team..
This is my painful story. I have spoken with seniors also but the status is same.
I need the assistance and help of this platform to resolve the problem.
