Text of Complaint by Srijita Chakraborty:

Hello,

My name is Srijita Chakraborty. I placed an order from Tata Cliq on 11th August, 2022. My order ID is: 122032190. It was a prepaid order worth Rs. 1182.72.

It got delivered on 14th August, and because of the poor quality of the product I’ve returned it. The delivery partner picked up my order on 15th August and they again returned me the product on the next day saying that it didn’t pass the quality check because the price tag was missing. This price tag was not there when I received the order. I immediately called on the customer care no. of Tata Cliq and they kept me waiting for 10 days. After repetitive calling from my end, again they initiated the return on 24th August, and the same courier partner came and again rejected pick-up saying since the price tag is missing, the company has to mail them with all the product details and only after that they’ll pick up my order. I again called the customer care on 25th August morning and they told me that they’re again raising a complaint and within 48 hours everything will be resolved. But, till today nothing has been resolved. When I called them this morning, they again told me to wait for 4 more days. After repetitive calls they said that the amount of the product they were seeing is different from the amount mentioned in the invoice, so I’ve to mail and wait for 48 hours more to resolve this issue.

It’s already been 4 days since I mailed the CS management team, and I didn’t get any call from the company’s side. Within this time I’ve called them multiple customer care executives multiple times and they’ve only asked me to wait because they also don’t have authority to contact their CS management team. I don’t think a customer should be treated like this, and should be harassed for so long because of the fault from the company’s end.

I’m attaching all the required documents with this message. Please look after it as soon as possible, and take necessary actions.
