Hi Sir/Madam,
I bought wakefit mattresses through Flipkart online portal on 4th October by making online payment and the same was received on on 9th Oct, but there was a quality issue found that post received, immediately i have been raise the ticket on vendor portal for replacement on 9th Oct itself. till now there is no progress to resolve my order related, where im continuously followups with customer care about the return pickup and replacement delivery but every day the false commitment giving by the customer care and no intension to resolve this issue to them and also there is no values for my investments. almost 50 days over but till now the issue been not resolved. Kindly look into the issue and help me to get the resolution on priority.
