I was placed an order on Flipkart Order ID – OD222535357954231000 dated 09/08/2021, the order was delivered on dated 10/08/2021 and the product installation and demo date was 11/08/2021 but they cancelled the installation themselves without any information. After that return request was raised by me immediately dated 11/08/2021 but no resolution provided by them after 10 days of delivery. I continuously tried to communicate their support staff but their support mentally harassed me by disconnect the call with out any explanation.
I request you to please look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest.
