Hi sir,

Myself Mothilal.I had purchased a kurti combo on 17.9.2024. I ordered XL size. They had sent one XL and one L size. So I was given a request to return the product. From 18th to till date. I have been following to pick up the product.
Still no person came to pick it up. No pickup person came to my address to pick up the Product.
I previously Informed (on 27-10-2024) the unavailability from 31-10-2024 to 03-11-2024 due to the Diwali Festival to the customer care care.
They told us we will pick up the same.No one came to pick up from 27-10-2024 to 30-10-2024. On 31-10-2024 08:30am a pickup person called me. I told him I am in native. He replied ok no issue we will rescheduled to 04-11-2024 to pick up the product.
But yesterday(04-11-2024) no one came to pick up the product .I called the same delivery person to pick up the product.He told me there is no assignment to pick up your parcel today.
Today I called customer care and they told me that they have to cancel the return request and re-request to pick up the product. As a customer how many times and how many days have to be tracked to pick up a product.
No response from your customer care . As per your customer care guidance today i have canceled the return request and initiated a new return request.they give a pickup schedule on 07-11-2024.
It is very frustrating and stressful to me.

I didn’t see this much worst service from your end

I need my refund.if you pick up the product or not
