Hi Team,
I have booked one of the items on 13 August 2022  Order# 406-4452341-7947536, it reached on time. I am not satisfied with the product and I have requested for return, the item is approved for return, but no one comes to pick the item.I have called to customer service 4 times, but 4 times it is failed and no one come for pickup and no one called me for the item pickup. Then I escalated to supervisor two times but two times also it is failed.No one called me and no one come to my home to receive the item. The way of supervisor service is also very bad and no proper action from then even after 4 escalations. It is not a matter of how much the amount is, it is matter of the Amazon service when we escalate the issues. 
Amazon is not a small company, it is work wide big organization and we should have the proper support system and follow up with the delivery agents.
I am fully hesitated with the Amazon service. I have no contacts to escalate this issue with the high level of customer service. Then I found in the google. Please take the action on the customer service and escalation group. The supervisors are very lazy and they won’t take any action on the escalations. Please do the needful.
