Ordered Preethi Steele Max mixer grinder on 22nd jan and received it on 25th jan.
Upon receiving, I found the product damaged and immediately claimed for replacement, but since 25th jan until today which is 2nd feb, I have just had to responses requesting for uploading pictures.
It has been 10 days now since I have ordered but just lying in a box, Nor am I able to use it nor able to speak to someone in Paytm, I’m also not able to travel out of station thinking I’ll get a call for pick up of old product.
I’m being harassed for my own product that was received in a damaged condition.
Pls help.
