I have raised request multiple times for arranging the return pickup for the product received viz. Order No. OD427895207141377100 – Skechers UNO – HIDEAWAY Casuals For Men. While no resolution has been provided yet.
The product was delivered to me on 22 April 2023 but the status was not updated in the system. Thereafter I raised a return as I didn’t like the qulaity and fit of the shoe but it’s get rejected and status been reflected as Order Cancelled.
As requested by customer support, I have shared the product and invoice images three times but every time compliant ticket gets closed without any resolution.
Thus, I request you to take this concern with utmost earnestness and arrange the return pickup at the earliest.
