I purchased a Nilkamal coffee table. But when their engineer visited for installation it was found defective. I marked return
.flipkart has escalated engineer visit but without visit of engineer return was rejected.Again I marked return and raised the issue.Customee care people assured that this time without visiting they will not close the comain. But again it was closed at last day return as per their policy. The same day I again talked to customer and they assured it will be taken care but nothing done
Then again I contacted customer care they told talk to Nilkamal people on their number.I talked then told when product was defective abinitio and you have purchased from flipkart.They will not entertain
I again raised issues again it was assured that it will be taken care. On 28.05.2023 I received a call from flipkart and asked to talk Nilkamal people and ask for denial. Iraised once they have told why they will entertain. Then it was repeatedly said by customer executive “Sorry Sir,we can not do any thing”. I am unable to understand what is my fault. Please let me a solution.
