on 27-12-20 at 9am Amazon representative came and asked for return of Gionee S11 lite black phone and accordingly handed over ,as per practice Amazon representative never gives receipt of return it is updated in due course in account order status.after 1 hr again another person came to deliver one item and asked for return of Gionee phone when it was told to him that phone has been already taken by an amazon representative at 9am accordingly the second person has marked in his system cancel return.immediately it was communicated to customer care on call.Customer care asked to wait 3 days for updates,now on enquiry on 30-12-20 customer care is telling that system shows return cancelled and no item received by amazon where as the first representative has collected the return.Nor I have received refund amount.
