Even after a long 30days followup with Amazon, the item is still in my house waiting for someone to pickup. Till now no one came to pickup the item and due to that my money is stuck with Amazon.
Last time one of their customer service agent told me that I will get returnless refund in case the item was not picked up by them within7 attempts. This was validated by another support agent on another day. Since it didn’t happened, yesterday I contacted support and now they are saying that there is no.such policy available and I will have to self return the item.
This is truly disappointing support from Amazon!!! They are failing to do their job! Keep giving false promises for 30 days!!! Giving false information and i dont know what info to trust.
As a prime member for the past 7 years, i would probably cancel the same in this month and switch to another.
