dear sir,
we place order no 402-8143069-9622756 on dated 8 may 2023. First of all, you provided me with the wrong item supply. Then I was sent a return request and your team collected the same 16 may 2023.but till date no refund amount credited to my account.
Also, I am calling your customer executive many times but not responding to any person in the correct way.
I need first your all executive legal action required for loss of a lot of time for me and not given me an answer.
please take my query seriously and forward your higher authority and solve it urgent basis otherwise i going to customer ford case in your team and claim my loss of time money expenses.
