I ordered 3 sets of planters from ajio. But i got defective items. So i created return request for that . It worth rs 8300 total. I talk to ajio’s staff approx. 20 times. Even i tlkd to their suoervisor,senior suoervisor regarding this but my issue is still not resolved. They just did fake promises.they just said that ur item will be picked uo with 2 days,3 days and so on. N now its around a month. As per their promise they didnt initiate my refund yet nor the pucked uo their product till now.
