have a Flipkart account.
I have always been an esteemed customer and also a plus member. I keep ordering items very frequently and if by any chance I don’t like anything I return it.
My last order delivered was a black Vero Moda jeans, which I didnot like the fit. I wanted to return it. As soon as I went to return, it showed tht my account has been blocked and I can’t login again.
How dare Flipkart do this with any of their plus members without any information or without any reason???
If the product is not good or not of use, won’t the customer return it. Does it anywhere mentioned tht items once sold cannot be returned.
If my account is not opened within 24 hrs I will take this matter to all social media and make sure tht FLIPKART name is ruined badly.
I have made many orders today. I want to cancel all my orders now. Such cheater and fraud online apps should be sued.
I will make sure I do that.
