I had raised a return request for wrong item which was delivered to me. Item description which was mentioned in the flipkart site was different and i received the item with wrong size. I had raised multiple return request and it was cancelling because they were asking to provide ID proof via email and in email PAN card option was there and i had submitted the same but again they started saying no we need Aadhar card, so again raised a request and submitted the Aadhar card and all wrong product/item photo to them, now again they have cancelled the request and when you call them they use to say please raise a new return request with correct reason , even last 2 request raised by their Customer care executives and they are saying wrong and when you call customer care they use to put my call on hold for 10 mins and disconnect automatically.
