I ordered Reya Embroidered Men Round Neck Multicolor T-Shirt (Pack of 3) of amount Rs. 1040 but the returns got cancelled 2 times. customer support executive called me 2 times on 10/04/2021 and said that seller is providing Direct Refund and pickup will not be done and asked me to wait 24 hours and cancelled my existing return.
Then again on today i.e 11/04/2021 I got a call from another executive and he said that the pickup will be done within 13/04/2021 and after that after 7 days the refund will be done from seller.
Why these guys are providing wrong information all the time. Every one is calling daily and completing their Task but no one is able to provide resolution. I trusted Flipkart in Every Ways but this time it is getting Hectic. it seems simple to take return request as per the policy and pickup the product and refund the amount. Then why such type wrong information all the time. Is it taking this much long to return the product which customer is trying to return or else customer made a mistake purchasing from Flipkart.
