I made an order on flipkart for purchase of Jockey Vests with the size of 90-95 cm with style code 8820 with Order ID : OD221433436326087000. The product was non returnable according to the policy of flipkart, despite of knowing all this thing, I made an order for the same as I was already having the new piece of the same and it was fit in size to me. But when the flipkart order was received to me I was completely surprised as the recived one product was totally different in size and was too short for me.
I am not able to understad the thing how it can be possible that a product of same company purchased through shop and online like flipkart having same size and model code can be different in sizes with each other. The same thing I asked to flipkart and the customer service executive did not respond for the same with accurate reason and disconnected the call.
I am raising this compliant for both jockey and flipkart cited reason for the same. I am having the same size vests purchased through the jockey outlet and 10 days back only I started to wear it and the size is very much fit on me whereas the same purchased from flipkart is too short.
Kindly take this matter into consideration and enquire about the same.
