Text of Complaint by Amardeep Singh:

I ordered Nautica slim fit blue trouser from filpkart on 25th April….
I got my delivery on 27th April…
As i open the pack i got different brand product and demaged also…
I requested for returning my product which is accepted and on 30th April E.kart delivery boy picked up my product at 11:27 A.M
On same day at about 5:30 P.M i got msg that my pickup is failed…
I called filpart so many times to look after it but they said pickup is not done ….
The courier boy’s name is Sharukh…..and he took my product on 30th April at his own house…..
Plz help me regarding this
