We had purchased ColorPlus Men Blue Chinos Trousers through myntra vide order no- 1236392-5509511-3039301 dt 20.05.2023 and Paid Rs 1429/- online. and Dt 22.05.2023 delivered and same day i return the product due to not good and dt 25.05.2023 delivery partner around 02:00Pm pick the product after checking price tag of the product which i received from myntra and after 6:00 pm pickup message received and 07:30 pm received that product hold due to quality issue.. why hold when the delivery partner pick up same in 02:00pm and confirm for pickup. please help company unable to refund money.
