Text of Complaint by Pappu Bag:

I was ordered an woodland shoe from Amazon. Which is delivered on 25th September. After that day when I was trying to raise a return/exchange the shoe. Which is not fitting. But from that day to till now they didn’t updated any thing. That’s why I’m not able to return or exchange. I was again contact with customer care services. They told me they will resolve this problem they also asked me to share the picture. I did everything which they need from my side. But still I’m unable to return or exchange the product.
