Text of Complaint by Vatsal Bhushan:

Myntra delivered an order of Slazenger shorts to me on January 1st. This item was defective/damaged because of a color bleed. Several attempts have been made to obtain a return or exchange for this product. However, they have consistently denied my request, claiming that the product they sent was a “fresh product in sealed and pristine condition”. This bleed could have occurred at any time during delivery, but they are apparently not responsible for it. They are also denying any further investigation considering both parties. My order falls under a said “easy 30 days return & exchange” but that’s also of no use right now. Now, I have no choice but to seek help from consumer and complaint forums.
