This is regards the complaint for footwear which I ordered from Ajio, it was bad in quality and wrong in size and I received that consignment on 26th may on the same day I have initiated the return but from that day it hasn’t been picked up it was showing delivery agent will collect later on one shows off and they put by them self that customer is not available, I have informed the same thing to customer care but no one took any action on 19 email chain I was putting same concern but ajio’ s customer care was showing that 1st June will pick up then 6 June then 7 June..likewise ..products return window got closed but stoll no help gro. There and it was a mental harassment for the customer.
They created return from delivery agent again and it showed that customer cancelled the pickup but it was cancelled by their agent. I have raised the issue but no one came with solution.
I want Justice on case otherwise I do a strong legal case against them since it is out of tolerance.
