I ordered a coffee table on flipkart and wanted to cancel it before it was even shipped, but was unable to do it online. The agents i spoke to said, i could reject it at the doorstep, as the delivery guy can only deliver if i gave them the OTP. the executive came home without any call and without me sharing the otp delivered it and left off. So, clearly its a fall of duty on the delivery guys side. I called flipkart fr help, nobdy helped me, a guy named sumit spoke to me. He spoke rudely,was adamant and told me that no agent would deliver without OTP, i gave him the otp, as if he had seen it. He didnt bother to help me at all. Spoke really rude and didnt bother to help. I lost 799 rupees for the same. Since i kept calling for help daily, they blacklisted me and blocked my account.
