I have ordered shoes on 7th Dec,2020.which was delivered on 10th Dec..It doesn’t fit .so I raised return request on 10th Dec,2020.Now on date Dec.,22,2020 still pickup is pending hence No refund received.
I have raised complaint several times with paytm but nothing resolved.
