We booked a product on dated 28 July 2022 of Rs. 940/- “Dolce Crudo Women’s Black Skinny Fit High Rise Clean Look Regular Length Stretchable Denim Jeans(DOAW18DEN02-78-62-28,Black,28)” which we don’t want. So I apply 1st return product but no body collect it & cancelled the pickup automatically. Again I apply 2nd return & again cancelled the pickup automatically. This did 4 time in same way. At 4 time I again call to amazon Customer Care & they people cann’t take responsibility of return pickup. Mr. Harpal who is senior, they statement that “If courier boy not take backed pickup then I cann’t do anything. U take it yourself. If you want your money back, you do again n again return pickup. If pickup not done then your money cann’t get back to you.” It’s a wrong statement by Mr. Harpal. It’a a Amazon responsibility to give the correct service to their every customer.
