I bought a mobile of infinix from flashstar commerce on flipkart.I ordered it on 1 oct 2019.Flipkart delivered me it on 4 oct 2019.After knowing it defective product i raised return request on 10 oct.Technician visit information given by flipkart.Flipkart said on or before 13 oct, technician visit conducted but it never happens.My return is request cancelled on 13 oct 2019.similarly after being complained about fake technician visit.flipkart gives another technician visit date and like first this time also no technician visit conducted.I again complain flipkart about the issue.Again i was given technician visit date and again no visit takes place.Return cancelled on 23 oct 2019 by stating that technician resolved the issuue.I want justice.And also demand flipkart and its seller to be banned permanently for unafair trade.flipkart order id OD116670331197923000.
