Text of Complaint by Rukhsar Sheikh:

I ordered a clothing item from myntra and it was not fitting well so I returned the item. My return request got accepted and I received a mail that my return will be picked up within seven days. From the date I created the return; the next 2 days I received email that my product will be picked up but by the end of the day no one from myntra courier partner came to pick up my item. And for 2 days I received the email that return pickup failed. But on the 3rd day, i.e. on 24th August 2023, Thursday, some guy came to my house around 2PM; representing himself as myntra courier partner, he has all the details regarding my return. So on 24th Aug around 2 PM my item which i returned was successfully picked up. But the thing to be notice here is that on this day i did not received any email regarding pick up of my item. And later on same evening i got an email that my pick up for the item has failed although my order already got picked up in the afternoon. And the next day on 25th August, in morning i got an email from myntra that my return is cancelled. Now i am in trouble. I don’t have my item with me and myntra has also marked my return request as cancelled. So it means i will not receive any refund for the same. Please help me. I don’t know what to do in this situation? My return id for the same is 4362580573. Please help me get my refund and I request to take serious immediate action against the pick up agent who committed this fraud.
