I received order on 8th july and made return request on 11 july. I received a return Id.
after regular follow-ups club factory is not showing any update on return item. then one day i opened app to see my return request and my return request was canceled by club factory without any prior information, resaon listed is i did not select the refund method, but its clear that my refund channel is balance as they showing in their app.
All their customer nos are dead!
the contact no listed in their app does not exist! What a fraud they are!
After generating return Id how can they cancel the return?
