I ordered white colour top on Myntra from mast and harbour company on 14th June and i received my product on a very next day i.e. 15th June but I didn’t like the fit so i requested for return within an hour, now on next day i.e 16th June they picked up the product and after 3 hours they rejected the refund claiming the damaged quality of product and no label which is so not true . In addition to that If your process of checking the quality of refund material is so important process then what do you think your pickup/ deliver agents do while collecting the items. So stop cheating your customers!!!
